Golden Hour
Photography Tours
Arrive at Birling Gap as the sun drops below the ridge. An award-winning coastal photographer shows you every angle the Instagram crowd misses.
Wildlife & Nature
Spot Peregrine Falcons diving the chalk faces, Adonis Blue butterflies on the downland, and grey seals hauled out on the shingle. Led by a qualified naturalist.
Unique Perspective
Boat & Sea
The cliffs look entirely different from the sea. A RIB departs Eastbourne, glides past all seven sisters and stops at a hidden shingle cove only reachable by boat.
Family Days Out
Rock pools full of crabs, sea anemones and blennies, followed by a gentle cliff-top stroll to the first Sister. Perfect for ages 5–12. Buckets and nets provided.
Transport Included
Day Trips
Let someone else handle the logistics. Guided day trips depart Brighton and London Victoria, delivering you to the clifftop and back — no car, no parking stress.
Seven Sisters — On the Ground
The Seven Sisters became a National Nature Reserve in March 2026. The ridge from Cuckmere Haven to Birling Gap crosses seven chalk peaks — each with its own character that only reveals itself on foot.
Most visitors arrive at Birling Gap, walk to the nearest cliff edge, and leave within two hours. A guided experience covers the ground between — the tide-dependent beaches below Haven Brow, the chalk ledges at Hope Gap where grey seals haul out from September to March, and the Cuckmere meander viewpoints that the signposted path never reaches.
Every experience listed on this page is led by someone who works this coast year-round — not a generalist tour operator running a dozen destinations at once.
