Toilets available in café building (small fee for non-customers, typically 50p). Accessible toilet available. Baby changing facilities. Open 9am-5pm daily (hours may vary in winter).
Exceat (Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre)
Free public toilets. Accessible facilities. Baby changing room. Open 10am-4pm daily year-round. Well-maintained and cleaned regularly.
⚠️ On the Trail
No facilities between car parks. The ridge walk from Seaford to Birling Gap (13.5km) has zero toilets, shelters, or water sources. Plan accordingly before starting your walk.
Food & Drink
Birling Gap Café
Hot meals, sandwiches, snacks, cakes, ice cream. Full English breakfast, soups, jacket potatoes. Good coffee. Pricey but only clifftop option.
Open 9am-5pm daily (shorter hours in winter). Expect queues on sunny weekends. Cards accepted.
Exceat Farmhouse
Café serving hot meals, sandwiches, homemade cakes. Farm shop with local produce, gifts, ice cream. Pleasant outdoor seating with views.
Open 10am-4pm daily. Slightly cheaper than Birling Gap. Dog-friendly outdoor area.
Cuckmere Inn
Traditional pub 1km from Exceat car park. Good pub food, Sunday roasts, local ales. Popular with walkers. Dog-friendly.

No facilities on the ridge walk. Save money and enjoy stunning clifftop picnic spots. Bring plenty of water (1L+ per person) as there are no refill points.
