Free with the walk guide

My Walk

Your own page for the day you walk the Seven Sisters - conditions, daylight, tides and a kit list that follows the forecast.

Everything for Your Walk Day, on One Page

A walk guide tells you the route. It cannot tell you what Saturday looks like. My Walk is a private page that knows your date: it shows the outlook for the cliffs, when the light goes, where the tide is on the day and what to pack for the forecast — and it changes as your walk gets closer.

Your Day, Not Just the Route

Set your walk date and the page fills itself in. Five days out it starts showing the outlook for the cliffs; on the morning itself it adds the official tide times. Change your mind about the day and one tap moves your whole plan.

The Short Version

  • Free - it comes with the free Seaford to Eastbourne walk guide
  • Pick your day - the five-day outlook for the cliffs, one tap to move your walk
  • Daylight and tides - sunrise, sunset and last light for your date, tide times on the day
  • Packs for the forecast - a kit list that adds what the weather calls for
  • Private - no name, no email address and no location kept on the page

  • Your position stays on your phone. The emergency card works it out on the device and never sends it to us.
  • No ads or trackers on your My Walk page, and no cookie banner, because its only cookies are the two that keep its forms secure and keep you signed in.
  • Links that expire. Each emailed link works for 7 days on up to three devices; you can sign out every device at once.
  • Deleted automatically 60 days after your walk date, or straight away with one button.

The free guide covers the walk. The Ultimate Guide covers the day.

Where to park and what time it fills, which route suits your group, and when the beach is safe — the decisions the walk itself does not answer.

  • Five car parks ranked — prices, and which fills by about 9:45am
  • All four graded routes compared — distance, time, difficulty
  • The classic walk and the full traverse, step by step
  • Three ready-made days you can follow verbatim

My Walk FAQs

Is My Walk free?

Yes. Every walker who downloads the free Seaford to Eastbourne walk guide gets a My Walk page with it, at no cost. The page shows the five-day outlook, sunrise and sunset, tide times on the day, a kit list that follows the forecast, getting-there links and an emergency card.

What does the My Walk Pass add?

The Pass (£9.99, bought from inside your My Walk page) adds the 24-page Ultimate Guide, the Trail Companion offline GPS map with the audio tour, a completion certificate, the hour-by-hour forecast on your walk day, and your walk drawn on the day with every stop and the daylight left at the finish.

How do I open my page?

The link arrives in the email with your free guide. Press Open My Walk on the page it takes you to; that device then stays signed in for 30 days. The link works for 7 days on up to three devices.

I lost the link. What now?

Open sevensisters.co.uk/my-walk and enter the email address you used for the free guide. If it has a walk, a new link is emailed to it.

What do you keep about me?

The page holds your walk date and plan choices only - not your name, your email address or your location. Your email stays with our email provider for the guide emails. Everything is deleted automatically 60 days after your walk date, and you can delete it yourself at any time.

Not sure which walk to plan for?

My Walk times your day around the route you choose. Four routes run along these cliffs, from a flat riverside stroll to the full 21.9 km traverse.
